I am literally the same right now inlovewiththepractice I want to tone up but I don’t want to lose the gorgeous curves of my thighs or my breasts and bum. I look fabulous but if I try to tone up I’ll lose all the bits that make me feel so sexy but at the same time self conscious. Maybe I’ll get back into Yoga.
There are two things that are true at the same time:
1. I am incredibly unhappy with my body as it is right now — I should increase my general level of fitness, get more muscle tone, and get rid of some flab.
2. I am absolutely stunned at how beautiful and alluring my body is, from the heft of my thighs to the curve of my stomach to my delicate arms and beautiful breasts. I’m in love with myself.
